The installer arrived on time, was very professional and completed the installation on schedule, in 1.5 days. As a company that designs & installs all types of custom shower enclosures, we service the same area as Palermo Tile's work. Being the owner of Absolute Shower Doors, I do all of our measurements for both locations. I frequently find myself in bathrooms that have been renovated by Palermo Tile. Rick Palermo and his terrific team have just finished the installation of our new ceramic tile kitchen floor, 300+ square feet. Their careful planning and execution have transformed this room. The best part was working with Rick and the tile installers...clear communication, great crisis management (first shipment of tiles were defective and Rick intervened to help sort it out with the supplier), and flawless work. Every crew member exhibited total professionalism...the work flowed, day to day, to completion. I must mention the good humor and warm presence of the men doing the installation...it was natural and fun to have them with us for those days. A great and satisfying collaboration.
