Expert General Contracting in Ulster County, NY
General contracting in Ulster County means working with a wide range of home types. From stone farmhouses in Gardiner and Wallkill to Victorian-era homes in Kingston and post-war ranches in Highland and Marlboro, the housing stock here is varied and often older. Nearly 60% of homes in Ulster County were built more than 50 years ago, which means most renovation projects involve real discovery work once walls open up. At Palermo Tile, Kitchen & Bath, we handle that reality directly. We coordinate the trades, manage the scope, and keep the project moving across Ulster, Dutchess, and Orange Counties. Whether you are updating a kitchen, remodeling a bathroom, or taking on a larger renovation, we bring hands-on attention to every phase. Our owner started this business to do this work personally and to see spaces genuinely transformed. If you are ready to move forward on a project in New Paltz, Kingston, Beacon, Poughkeepsie, or anywhere across our service area, reach out to get started.
